Thanks Walter , was just the start of our Aussie winter, but couldn't wait for our summer to get into it, the kids were wake boarding in 11* C weather, not sure what that is in *F but, bloody cold anyway.

What kind of car is that, must be a hoss to yank the boat around.

Hi Walter,

It is a Holden Commodore Sportwagon. It is a GM owned company locally built here by Holden in Adelaide Australia. Has a towing capacity of 2100 kg (approx 4700lb) and has a Chevy 6ltr V8 and Trans. You might know the sedan version because of the new NASCAR Chevrolet SS. We put a trans cooler on to be sure, but tows perfectly.

It tows brilliantly, but to keep it legal we tow the boat with minimal weight in it & fill with fuel on the water.
