Does anyone know a part number or source for the "quick-connect" electrical plugs that are used for the ballast pumps? I'm replacing a pump and it only has the bare wires.

I have an assortment that I get from Lawson products, I'm not sure where else to look though, here is the part numbers for the towers and shrouds you will need, and also the pins

Thanks Walter - that's exactly the info I was needing. Knowing that they're called weatherpack made it easy to find some online sources.

With the terminals do you use the specific crimping tool or can you get away with a more generic crimping tool?

There is a specific set of crimping pliers

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002CCAEJ6

This is the one I have

you can use a standard crimper if you are in a pinch and don't need to use them every day, just solder the wire in the terminal when done and you will most likely never have an issue.
