Interesting input about there being an older sac design. The video was out online in 2009 so maybe this is all starting to make sense.
And yes, I made sure to pull the front bag out as it drained to get every last bit of water that I could back out of it.

I have the Axis bow sack and it takes 4 and half minutes to fill under the seats. Since I put it on top of the seats it takes just over 9 minutes to fill. When it was under it took just a little longer than center hard tank which is 400lbs in my A20. I too have changed my vent and fill lines around and a lot more water is staying in the bag instead of filling with air.
