Any recommendations on changing Vdrive oil. Do you use the same pump? How often? I dont have owners manual with me and it crossed my mind. Others may have same questions.

After the first 25 hours, then every 300 hours or annually:

Whether it is the ZF or Indmar Vee, the interval is every 300 hours or annually, plus a change at the 10 - 20 hours if you're breaking in a new one. I have the ZF manual here - http://vm-help.com/Boat/Manuals/ along with the Axis 2011/2012 owners manuals.

When checking the fluid levels after a change the recommended process is to run the engine to get the fluids warm. Then check the fluid level and add or remove as necessary. Just don't add the recommended amount and assume it is full.
