Can someone tell me how to hook up the plug and play that allows the hard tanks to fill first? The how to thread is great but I believe it shows how to connect with the bags filling first & dumping to the tanks. I want to fill the tanks first so we will have the extra room for storage if someone doesnt need the extra PNP sacs filled.

The way I understand it your vent off your hard tank should be plumbed into the bottom front port on the sack. That way when ur hard tank is full instead overflowing out the side of your boat it goes in to your bag. And then a line from the top of ur bag to the vent port thru the side of your boat. Maybe someone will chime in but I am pretty sure that is right. And when you drain it just drains back in to the hard tank and pumps out. Make sure you keep the line from the tank to the bag as low and short as possible.

yep.. fire fighter has it right.

Put the fill line in the hard tanks, the vent line from the hard tank to the bottom fill of the bag. The vent out of the boat should then be connected to the top fitting on the bag.

The pressure from all the water in the bag will push water out of the drain pump and will take forever to fill. I rerouted the drain line up the outside wall of the locker (so I can just open the locker and turn a valve) and installed ball valves. I close them to fill the lockers and open them when I am done - water will stay in the bags when the pumps are off.

I used something like this... I can't remember if its 3/4.

Fittings to connect the ball valve to the existing tubing:

I ran it this way about to years ago and its worked good since. Its nice to be able to fill just the hard tanks for my wife and her friends to skate at low speeds and they don't get tripped up on the lip from running just the wedge.

Johnnydefacto installed electric valves to replace the manual ball valves.

sent you a pm. there is another way to do it without turning valves OR installing electronic valves... just using a couple T's and one-way valves.

If you sent me a PM I didnt get it. Please send it again if you dont mind. I like the idea of filling the tanks first but I dont want all the water pressure of the bag pushing it all out past the pump.

Hey John - Does this solution go before the drain pump or after?

I installed my rear pnp with a Y selector valve. this way when i want to fill my the pnp sac I can open the valve and fill both hard tank and pnp at the same time. still drains the same way but i think it fills a little faster
