Whats your guys pet peeves with the boat?

On our current boat, we always through our hats and shirts right in the windshield but since the axis doesn't have wrap around glass that won't work anymore.

Actually, I though my hat, shirt, wallet, phone, etc up there all the time. Never any problems.

Now that would be a pet peeve of mine if people threw their hats/shirts at the windshield for storage but that's just me and liking a clean boat. My pet peeve is/are the vinyl is too thin, rear storage lockers need to be able to store wakeboards WITH bindings on for travel/towing (some ride with little ballast so this could also benefit storing more boards while on the water), should come with stainless cup holders, drivers chair is ugly, and would be nice to have some sort of small glovebox type storage in the bow area for towels (seems like a lot of unused space under the bow light area).

I wasn't a fan of how all my ropes poured out of the holes under the seats, but I installed some smoke colored acrylic to the backside so I get the clean look and the lights still shine through at night. Highly recommend making this upgrade.

That is what I am sayin'...I wish there was storage up front.
My peeve is people that swim or push their boards toward the side of the boat. THERE IS A HUGE SWIM PLATFORM FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING!

1.rear lockers should hold wake boards with bindings. i don't need it, but i appreciate the need for it.
2. front bow storage... i agree totally with it under the bow nav light area. if you pop that seat back pad off you will see a huge unused area (unless u put lead there :) ) and would be a great little storage box for anchor and lines, or clothes, towels...etc.
3. the piping on vinyl does not line up like I THINK it should, it is not aesthetically pleasing. in 2012 they fixed this on the sliding seat but on some of the A20's i have seen a weird piping pattern on the observers seat. (this is a pet peeve cuz its a no cost fix)

I disagree with stainless cup holders because that increases price, and the WHOLE POINT of the Axis was to provide a core wake boat for as cheap as possible. I don't even mind the thinner vinyl, again because it kept my price down.

The rear plastic cup holders on my boat blew out on the highway 3 times. My dealer finally said, "can we just put in some stainless ones for you?" They did at no charge and put a tiny bead of silicon to insure they wouldn't fly out lol. I replaced the rest of the cup holders with stainless for $125.

thats rad they did that for you, and $125 is reasonable.

I just can see how $100 here, $200 there can add up quickly and make your $50k boat a $52k boat real quick

My 2010 came with SS cup holders. Didn't realize that was an option.
