What wakeboard/boots are you riding this year?

If you like the tribute you should also try the hyperlite state, thats what I ride and I love it.

Everyone should try the cables at least twice, I love them, just wish I didn't have to drive 5 hours to get to one, but I do and I love the sliders and kickers, so much easier to practice switch and surface spins when you're not behind a boat.

What bindings are you running on the state? That's the board I am leaning towards.

The State is a great board. Nice stable board. I went from that to a Liquid Force Lyman model a couple years back. I ride all LF kiteboards when kiteboarding and wanted to try one of their wakeboards. I love the Lyman. Very easy to surface spin and has super soft landings. Had CWB factions on the State and now CWB Answers on the Lyman. I really want to try the velcro boots out tho.

I ride a CWB faction with AA boots. Love the velcro boots but I think I need a size smaller. When I land my toes scrunch up. I bought the board and boots (2010 model) for $150 so I cant complain too much.

I'm in the process of demoing boards from my local shop (Performance Ski & Surf), and I've tried a TON. I tend to prefer a subtle 3 stage rocker, because aggressive 3 stages ride and land like crap in my opinion.

Boots: 2012 Slingshot RAD

Boards I've tried:
Slingshot Lyman (loved it)
Hyperlite Marek Nova (loved it)
Byerly Conspiracy (loved it, top of my list)
Byerly Blunt (it was OK...)
LF Harley (liked it)
Ronix One (meh...)
LF Witness (hated it, releases way too late for me)
Ronix Parks (hated it, releases late surprisingly)
Hyperlite B-side (liked it)
Slingshot Newton (loved the super soft landings but super loose on edge)
Slingshot Whip (crap behind the boat, nose sliced through the wake every time)

It's between the Conspiracy, Lyman and Marek...should be buying my board in the next month. Gonna demo the Lyman and Marek one more time.

2012 LF Harley and 2011 Ronix one. I like the Harley better. It is alot looser on the water and seems to pop a little better. LF bindings may not be as comfortable as the one boots but they perform just as well

2011 LF Watson and Watson CT bindings. Upgraded this year from a 07 Substance w/Watson Limited OT.

I got a chance to ride on a 2011 Ronix Mana, so far thats my favorite board, though I am a beginner
