Turn fixed board racks into swivel

Has anyone tried this?

I have a 17 A22, not sure if it will work or not:

I haven't tried but I would be interested to see the results. I have the factory swivel racks on my lower mount and fixed titan racks on the upper. I would like to add the swivel capability to the titan racks if possible.

I have made this work.

Not sure if they are exactly the same swivels.

If you could take some pics that would be very helpful. With the kids getting bigger and wanting there own boards it’s getting crowded in the boat.
