Hello all,
First time post. I am having some issues with my T23. 2nd time out yesterday for the year and the surf gate will not come out or the speed control will not detect speed.

I tried recalabrating(where both gates come out and go back in and nothing)

I did mess with the perco switch. Had it on battary 2 last time out, then switched it to 1&2 yesterday.

Im not sure there is even a spin wheel on the boat? I thought it was a gps speed system. Any help would be appresiated.

Go into your settings menu and enable the paddle wheel speed sensor instead of GPS (directions on how to do this are located in your manual). Try that first and see if you still have the issue.

I have had issues in the past where I get a piece of sand into the paddle wheel and then the speedo will not read, therefore the gate will not extend nor the cruise work.

I usually just spin the paddle by hand and it will free up and read correctly.
