Custom order Axis - expect 10-15% off MSRP depending on your relationship with your dealer (1st time vs repeat, who you know there etc...). Buying off the lot you could hit more like 18% on the high end if you are good at working the deal. You could probably get a new 2018 off a lot right now for more like 20% off.
Dealer prep varies between dealers. I have seen between 1200 and 5000. You might have some negotiating room there depending on your dealer.
