I got into a Group Buy off the Malibu Crew earlier this year. It took FOREVER. I think we started messing with it in February and it was the first of June by the time I got it. It did go on in an hour though and I really like it. Not cheap, but no worse than carpet and I think it'll last longer and I like it better.
