What do you mean what to upgrade first? Do you want a crazy stereo, some ballast help, info on surf wave suction setups etc. What engine and prop do you have etc.

If you’re surfing, you want 1100lb sacs in the rear and a mission delta surf device. Probably want a 15x12 prop too.

Run the boat with passengers sitting on the surf side and all ballast full at 10.8 mph.

Boat looks great, congrats!

Upgrades I'd suggest:
Update reg numbers with domednumbers.com
Consider a seat riser if you are surfing a lot
Add a heater if not equipped to keep the kiddos happy on chilly days
GatorStep flooring and gunnel kit

Start with the surf wake.. Get that dialed in.

Does it have bags? You need rears and a front bag.

Get a shaper.

check your prop and make sure it has some low end.

I got a wake shaper. I also am just using the stock ballets in the rear on the surf side and the center full. Are bigger sacs plug and play?

Plug and play ballast was an option, so if it wasn't selected, you will need to add the lines/fittings to plumb it in. Your system will fill the rear hard tanks first, then it will fill the rear bags. Go with 750's for the rear. Always have the option to not fill all the way.

Do you have a bow bag, aka arrow sack?
