Hey guys I've been cruising the forums but I'm not finding the answers I am looking for so I'll start a new thread.
I have a 2014 A22 with the 409 monsoon. Usually my gauge reads 158-163 deg at all times. I've recently noticed that when idling around the temp climbs to 184 and the will drop back to 160 when the rpms climb past 2500. I was thinking the impeller was to blame even though it was changed about 40 hrs ago I pulled it out anyway and it looked like new still. I was wanting to check the thermostat but was not sure where it was located. Anything else you guys recommend I check out? Thanks in advance for the help!

Sounds like there could be grass or something stuck in the strainer. I had this issue quite a bit, I ended up adding an in line strainer that was easily accessible.

I did check the strainer and it was all clear. I also checked the small pipe that connects each of the heads to togeather and then has a hose running to the exhaust. It had a decent amount of sediment in there so I cleaned it out. It helped a bit but not much. I believe I have blockage somewhere else just not sure where yet I'll have to start pulling hoses and checking things out!
