Finally got a call back from Alec, he took care of getting my parts out, I don't know what's going on over there but they need to look for more help at the very least.

The problem they have is they are located in Seattle where wages are very high plus we have a very short summer here. Whenever I am in there the guys are running around doing their best. They are not 1 or 2 people they probably have 6 or 7 people working at any one time. The owner is trying to improve it because he knows its frustrating and mondays are the worse as they are one of the few shops open in the country and everyone has issues over the weekend. I'm lucky that I can just drive down there...
