I have a '16 T22 with the PTM mirror with PTM windshield mount. This past weekend the mirror quit tightening in the up or down position. If I loosen the knob to lower mirror for towing or to put on cover it won't tighten at all in the down position. Just flops around. I can raise the mirror and if I really crank on the knob I can get it to stay up but it is floppy. Something isn't right. Anyone else have this issue and fix it? I started messing with it but I'm still under warranty so didn't want to start trying to pop off covers and mess something up if I need to get dealer involved. Would rather just fix it if possible.

If anyone else has this issue just check out PTM's website and contact them. PTM is awesome to deal with. Jason was super helpful. Called them and they were aware of a problem with the mounts. Something is known to break internally. Sent mount back to them and they repaired and sent back fast. Amsugg mine wasn't the knob that holds and adjusts the mirror. It was the knob below that used to raise or lower mirror for towing or putting on cover.
