2011 axis a22 random start issue

I have a 2011 axis a22 and I am having a issue with it starting sometimes and others not times not starting. I have replaced the ignition module and coil pack the dizzy cap wires plugs. and I can put a spark tester on it and turn it over and get no spark one sec stop turning it over and turn it over again and it will have spark. once it does start it runs great. I have tested or checked the kill switch the ignition switch and pulled the grounds off the block cleaned and reinstalled them.
also the only thing that seems to not work is the spark I put a fuel gauge on it and it gets pressure the second you turn the switch to the on position.

Crank position sensor could cause that condition

well I changed out the crank position sensor today and it didn't help at all

I had a problem on my 13, the relays had loose connections were they plugged into the fuse block, put a twist in the male end of the relays so they made better contact and haven't had a problem in 2 yrs
