Thanks! I do have the GL, I bought the boat out of inventory and thats the cover my dealer always order. It ok, I haven't seen the AXIS CS cover in person, but had a CS cover on a different brand boat and really like how snug it fit. My only complaint with the GL is it seems a little baggy in places so it would make me nervous to trailer at highway speeds with it (could see it flapping against the boat). I only trailer 5-10 miles on two lanes so I don't worry too much.

Did you get your boat yet? Post a pic and let us know what options you went with. Here is my new boat that I just picked up yesterday. The Dark Blue Flake looks even better in person.

That's a good looking boat! I'm going in to finalize and submit my order tomorrow. Dealer said my boat won't show up at the dealer until april and then I will have to wait for open water to take delivery. It's going to be a long winter....more time to buy a couple new surf boards and a few new boat items! I'll see if I can get a picture or two from the dealer once he receives it.

Thanks for the compliments! If it's not too late, try to take advantage of the end of season sale going on. I literally just received an email from Axis last night promoting $1,500 off. Here is the small print:

*Axis Wake Research Year End Sales Event will run from: Now through December 12th. All custom orders must be in and confirmed by December 12th, 2016. All custom order 2017 MY boats must be delivered and warranty registered by May 31st 2017.

Well after going back and forth over colors I ended up going with something I haven't seen done yet-axis Green base with charcoal flake!
Here is a list of options I ended up with: sound pack 3, under seat lights, chillax seats, depth finder, CS surf bimini, CS cover, standard prop, flip up bolster, 3 outlet heater, stainless cup holders, spinner racks, 2nd tracking fin, dual battery, 3 pair pull up cleats, wedge, plug and play, and surf gate with wristband.
On the trailer I upgraded a few things but kept it pretty simple: black alloy 14" wheels and spare(this was only $100 more) transome ratchets, transome step.
I'll try to attach a pic from the build sheet. Dealer will send me photos once it comes in around April 2017. One weird thing I found out was Malibu makes their own trailers now. No more boatmate trailers I guess.

You may want to add a surf pipe to your order. It reduces the sound significantly. This is my first boat with a surf pipe and I'll never not own another boat without one in the future.
