I'm on the water and when my wife turned around to get me after surfing, she got a left gate fault retracting. The gate is fully retracted on both sides. I have tried surf gate maintenance and calibration. I have turned off the batteries and restarted the engine multiple times. It says the gate is ready, but won't deploy on either side. Any help to save my day on the water would be great.

Check the breakers, down by the drivers feet on the side panel

I don't know how to help with the gate, but don't call it a day because of that. You can always just try the old school listing method to surf. :)

Breakers weren't popped. We are just hanging out on the water like a boring old pontoon. I guess I'll call the dealer tomorrow.

This is when the wakeboard comes out then, but since my boat is at the factory and I was on a pontoon yesterday I know how you feel

Not sure if you have this on your boat, but my T23 has this issue and it has always been the fuse running to the control box behind the motor. Should be a small flat orange fuse encased in a black rubber case that is attached to orange wires running to the surf gate. Pop the fuse out of the one that is not working and replace or just swap out the one on the other gate and this will retract the gate.

I talked to the dealer and he said to check the fuse that you ate talking about and to do a system reset. If that doesn't work, back to the dealer for warranty work.

I had to replace the surfgate ram when I had that issue. Covered under warranty, but I suspect it will happen again.
