5 yrs of someone you don't like for warranty???? post the name of boat dealer and large city nearby and ask for evals on this site of those dealers. Not a fan of my dealer. 1 yr warranty and done and after last were done. If I was buying new now it would make me change brands possibly

I bought an A20 from dealer stock because the price was right. In hindsight I should have shopped around for other boats, even if they were more expensive, sold by a better dealer. I'm really not happy with mine, they don't seem interested in addressing warranty issues and I have to bug them constantly just to get a reply/answer to something. And this is simple stuff too like problems with trailer wiring, upholstery flaws that were present when I purchased the boat (and photographed by the dealer before I took delivery). No significant complaints about the boat itself (although the trailer sucks bad).

What issues do you have with your trailer?

Adam - Here is my 2-cents - We had a Great Malibu/Axis dealer in the local area, they changed to Master Craft (Bummer) - Singleton picked them up, so far they are OK. This is my 2nd A22 - 2014 & 2015. We put a lot of hours on both, no trailer time since we live on the lake. If I had to do it again, yeah a A24 would be nice, but rarely do we have more than 8-people on board, mostly 4. A22 rides well with 6-8 people, but its better with 10-12 and loaded with Ballast...I have road on a T-23, nice wave also. Only other boats on my lake are Moomba's, we hang around 5 of them at any given time. I have surfed behind all of them, some of them have custom wake makers (Delta types) and they don't compare to a Axis for being able to ride a nice ride-able wave (Surfing). I like their Wakeboard wave, but I can get real close to their Wakeboard with mine/// The fit and finish are good, but not that much better and we like surfing to much to worry about that. We rode behind a New Wakesetter for a leason and the wave was really nice for sure, but $110K??? Does not make sense to me and my AF way of thinking. Sure if budget did not matter.....If it was me, look around your area and see if you can take a lesson or 2 behind a couple different boats, worth a small amount of money to see if you like surfing, etc and the different types of boats.....Good Luck USN
