I upgraded the "U" shaped support tracks on the floor of the boat to support the engine compartment walls. I have also upgraded the brackets on the walls with the 3 braces.

However, my engine compartment walls are still sliding in on the bottom with my 1100 lb bags

Anyone else have any suggestions or solutions that have worked

Wake Makers has great reinforcement set. I installed it and also added stainless brackets on the engine side of the U rails on both sides. Mathis keeps it from popping out.

The 3brace kit fixed mine(a20 with 850 straight line)so I wonder if pulling the slack on the bottom of bag up the walls when filling or before filling and maybe the pressure would go to the braces instead of the bottom of the divider? I did that before and after installation of the brace kits and after kit it stopped

thanks for the ideas. I think I will add the stainless steel brackets on the engine side of the wall and see if that helps. I tried repositioning the bags a few weeks ago and that did not work

I used 1" Angle Iron (L-shaped) made out of aluminum to support the engine side of the divider panels. I mounted them so the tall piece was butted-up against divider panel. Since doing this last year....not a single problem with the panels popping out.

Sumo 900's, filled to capacity and overflowing, no side wall supports, never had an issue.

Really? Mine pop all the time. I think I'm going to try the Wakemakers kit.

I made my own supports on my old boat with sumo 900's and this boat I got lazy and already needed to get some fittings from wake makers so I went ahead and got their kits... It's a good product and works well. Saves me some time cutting and then rattle can painting the cuts ends of some shelving material like I did before.

I added the wakemakers kit before ever using my sumo 900's and have never had an issue.

Wakemakers is currently out of them. By the way, anyone know how to get the discount for being a frequent forum poster?
