If anyone ordered their boat, how long after the spray date was it before you took possession? I have a 2017 A24 ordered and received a spray date of August 8. The dealer thinks we should have it around the 20th. Just wondering about other people's experiences?
2017 A24 Red with Black Flake, 450 engine, sound pack 3, surf gate with surf band, 750 sacs rear and 950 bow sac, pretty much tricked out.

12-14 days is a fair number. The build is the easy part, it's when your dealer has arranged for transport. Your boat could be built, water tested, and wrapped for transport in 7 days easily. It might sit at the factory outside for a day or 10 days waiting on transport. My dealer transports in bulk on new in-stock boats when they order several or a handful at a time. They also have a hotshot driver that will transport 1 boat custom orders.

Supposedly they have made arrangements for transportation as soon as it comes off the line and tested. They thought out the door in 5-7 days, 1-2 days for transport, 2 days at the dealership checking everything. Thinking somewhere between 10-14 days. We can't wait. My kids have fell in love with wake surfing and my oldest loves wake boarding. Just hoping the stars align and we can get several weeks in this year before it cools off this fall.

The dealer said we set this one up as nice as any Axis he has sold. Any suggestions on anything that we might want to add or change once it arrives? This is new territory for me. I've always have had boats, just not wakeboard/comp boats. Thanks for any input.

You will want 1100's in the rear. Tell your dealer to not order the 750's. You can always underfill them...impossible to add more. I went from 900's to 1100's. We surf 85% of the time.
Also put a couple hundred lbs of lead in the very front of the boat under the seats and have another bow bag to put on top of the seats when you are light on crew that will ride up there.

Also you will want to reinforce the engine dividers. I reinforced the divider as well as the backside bottom of the divider channel. I used 1" "L" angle bracket in Aluminum and screwed them down with stainless fasteners. I always had the divider panels pop out of the bottom channel and into the engine. Haven't had a single incident since upgrading the bottom support with the angle iron.

Thanks for the info! We went with the deckadence flooring. Have you seen it and thoughts? Also thoughts on sound pack 3? Thanks again.
