Product says that it works with existing "surf gate" and makes waves better. I couldn't find anything with a google search regarding opinions or experience using both. How would this work?

I saw reference to that but I am not sure how that would benefit a surf gate owner. Has anyone tried this? Once you divert the water I am not sure how a second gate will help.

I believe mission will be at a contest I'm attending at the end of the month. If any one has any questions for them or need pics or additional info let me know and I'll talk to them.

Got mine couple weeks ago. I have a 2011 a22. I have been running a homemade poor gate strapped to the platform. This thing is great. Fits under the seats on the side of the boat. And makes a better wave than the hone made all day long. A buddy with a 2016 wake setter with surf hate rode my wave and said the wave is bigger firmer and more push than his new boat with surf gate. Get this thing if you do not have a surf system. It works great.

Maybe you use the Delta and not the surf gate?

Maybe diverting the water sooner will make the wake better than using the factory gate? anyone test this yet? Would seem easy enough since Axis guys tend to run in packs. I'd love to hear about a test on a newer boat with surf gate.

If you call boardstop directly talk to MikeD and he can give you the information you need before you place your order.
