Or pull the tanks out and run only bags, problem solved!

Thought about that, only problem then is I lose 400lbs of ballast. That's no good.

I think I am going to pull my hard tanks and have new bigger bags made..

Interesting. You've got deeper pockets than me. Any idea on what kind of total weight per bag you're shooting for? What do you want the extra rear ballast for? Would you add more weight up front as well?

Reason I ask is that I already feel like 900's in the back with the wedge is too much weight for what my bow bag can fill to offset it. So I ran another bag on top of the seats up front last year and have got lead now to stash in the bow. Just not sure what another 500-1000lbs of fear ballast would do or benefit. Interested to see your outcome.
I have the horse shoe bag under and another 950 lbs on top when I need / want it.. idk total weight in the rear but would like to add what I would lose removing the hard tanks..??

For me what I gained in storage space by removing the tanks was worth every bit of it, I run the 700# x-star bags in the rear now and have no complaint on the wake, but I can now stuff a 160cm slingshot nomad with bindings in the ski locker so I don't miss the tanks at all.

Just finished this up, super simple. My vents are the front holes FYI if anyone else has a 15 T22 and wants to do this. I used my hose to fill up the tank enough to get it to kick out the drain hole and used process of elimination at that point. Minor upgrade out of all my winter upgrades but I'm excited to not have to burp the bags anymore! Appreciate the help guys.

I just unscrewed the black cover on the floor at the front part of the rear locker/under the rear corner seats and there is a drain and vent line, you can see which is which from there.
