Quick question?? With the kicker kmc20 head unit did anyone get 2 usb places to plug in? I have the plug in spot in my glove box but it doesn't support android phones. does anyone know where the second usb port would be? or know which plug in the back of the head unit I could tap into to add the USB2 port? Hope this makes sense! Thanks in advance!!

It's behind the little amp wall that the kicker brain is mounted to. That's where you will find all the wiring.

USB 1 - only reads iPod/MP3/WMA files, the book says it only supports iPod/iPad/iPhone devices. The book shows USB 2 in the harness but doesn't say if it supports anything different

Why not use the 3.5mm headphone jack from your phone to the input in the dash.

I have a USB port in my glove box and a 2nd USB port that is in the wiring bundle behind the head unit in the dash. I wasn't able to get either of them to read my iPhone. The both provide charging but the head unit didn't read either USB port input when my phone was connected. I might have been doing something wrong. If someone gets this sorted I'd like to know how you did it.
FWIW the bluetooth works pretty solidly and that's what I use but I would like for the USB ports to function properly.
