I'd rather have PCM over Raptor all day. If Axis only had Raptors, I would leave the brand.

I'm with ajwest on the raptor I was originally looking at tige but didn't want the raptor so went with the marine power 450

How fuel efficient are they? I can't believe it's drastic but then again I didn't ever consider fuel consumption when buying my boat.

They are in the 4-5 gallon range while surfing. Curious what you guys dislike the Raptor? I want to learn. Thanks

Well I hope they put the 1.72/1 Trans in with the 409. Speaking from personal knowledge it can use it (at altitude anyhow)

When I bought my 2015, they took an acceptable MSRP increase (about 4%), but where they really jumped were the options. I broke down the increase in base cost and increase in options. Most of their options went up by 25% or more...for the same item. I get a base MSRP increase as you get value in year model, but the option price increase was silly.

After adding 5 year warranty in 2016 and these 2017 goodies, will there be a sub $70k Axis?

Maybe an a20 with nothing. My fully loaded T23 had a Msrp of 85k in 2016 with the 350 motor. I say a 2017 setup like mine would be well over 90k. I love my axis and might end up with another but at the prices we are at currently paying Im going Malibu.

I heard 5k price increase on A20

Also heard the 6 liter engine is now the standard.
