Crap. It was calm this morning. This afternoon the wind picked up. We are still hitting the lake though. The plan is to go out for a little bit then hit up a new restaurant on the lake.

Argh, my AC has gone out on my RV at my lake and in a pinch I put in a very small window unit. It worked after the sun went down but not so much during daytime. My RV is covered under warrenty and the simple fixes I've known about didn't work last weekend so, in the meantime I'm making another window unit mount out of 3/4" plywood and such. Not terribly difficult normally but in 95 degree heat with heat indices in the 100-teens it makes everything miserable.

Hope to be done in a few hours and then go out a sunset on my boat.

I take that as a +1 for wakesurfing.. :)

I really anticipated that it would be more hard on the surf. Good to see wakeboarding right there with surfing.

do you think that is more of an Axis owner thing? Do you think more Axis owners wakeboard than other brands?

I would think centurion would be more heavy on the surf side of course.

We use to ride behind a 2002 centurion hurricane...we wake boarded until we got our first wakesurf board...and ...never wake boarded again...see...the problem was ...the older we got the worse we got at wakeboarding...surfing came along and we were ALL hooked. P.s. We are old...I'm almost 60 and my wife just turned 58. We love wakesurfing. I honestly couldn't have found a Better boat for wakesurfing than my new T23... This boat has Everything we wanted and a hell of a lot we didn't even know we wanted...We love it!!!

I totally agree with the above. I am now 42 and the older I get the worse I get at wakeboarding and it takes longer to recover.

I haven't got my surfboard out yet this year. I'll keep it that way. On the water at 6:30, off around 11. Get in as much wakeboarding as the wind and the traffic will allow.
