Check out the Victoria Debut. I think they typically cost about $200 and had good reviews.

Also check out the liquid force to custom. It is a good board for the price.

Do you know if you want to ride skim or surf style?

Skim mostly. Buddy has a IS Squirt, and it's my fav to ride. Just hate to drop $700 on a board.

Check this thread out. Wakemitch and a couple of other have rode a lot of boards so they have the most experience. Jump to the end of the thread to get the latest info.

Wakemitch is our Victoria rep. We have had some good success with Victoria wakesurf boards so far this season.
