Okay guys I just picked up A22 2012. It is my first Axis I want to add the extra ballast the boat is equipped with the plug and play. I was looking at the kit with the 950 front and 2/750 for the rear. I have the high alt. prop any input about the prop will this prop work or will I need to upgrade it.

I've got the high altitude prop w that same setup and it works well. I'm at sea level though. Still waiting to hear a comparison from one of the guys from the 5 blade group buy before I ditch the high altitude.

I have the same PnP sacs you went with. With a crew of 5 and fully loaded and wedge it's kinda struggles...I also put a 400lb sac in the bow which helps the wake firm up

He mentioned in another thread its in Atlanta (sea level). I would bet money on the 335. No way they would put a HA prop on the 450hp. It would rip someones arms off!

When I bought my Axis I added the Plug n Play bags and did'nt upgrade my prop and ended up smoking my transmission.. Lucky for me it was under warranty :D.. I talked w/ wakeprops.com and they recommended the Acme 1235..

I had the standard 537 prop and went to the Cinco (5 blade). I think the main selling point for me is how hard you're working the engine when you're running with all sacs full. The Cinco hovers right at 3000rpm, where other props are 4000+.

I think I'm going to order the 950 front and the 2x400 for the rear. I will have any where from 3-5 200lbs buddy's in the boat. I don't want to have to buy a prop or risk hurting the power train. Going with a heavier set up.

With 750s and the stock motor, you need the core prop or five blade. The 1235 won't cut it, without having to work its ass off.
