I put the OJ 945 on my A20 and it is awesome. Pulls like a beast. if you aren't worried about top end, it is the way to go.

so I enjoyed the boat for the first full weekend and was wiping it down, and I noticed a small divot in the keel of the boat about the size of a very small grape ( or large chik pea?) I don't remember hitting anything floating in the water and I have inspected my trailer and don't see how there is any possible way I could have hit it while loading. I am taking the boat in next week to get the clips installed an a bow ballast bag plumbed in. so I was going to address it with the dealer while I am there?

my question is could this have been done by a rock off the free way during delivery? when I took delivery the boat was in the water so I have no clue if/when the damage was done? and I honestly don't remember hitting anything? I don't suppose this will be warranty repair? I certainly don't want to piss off the dealer a week into owning the boat, but also what others opinions on how to address? the damage could have very well been done by hitting something in the water, but with the size of the dimple I would think I would have at least felt it?

any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Are there any scuff mark that would indicate that you could have hit something? If you can post up a pic I am sure it would help.

no, I will get pics this weekend once I get back to the lake, it looks like a 3/8" dimple like a cable mark if that makes since? not a single scratch or scuff around it? odd?
