First of all we need to know what is the ballast weight and what prop (don't say the "stock prop"...we need the prop number off the hub) you are using during your demo in order to answer your question. There a handful of "full ballast" options so which bags did you demo (400, 550, 750, 900, 1100)? You haven't given us any specifics so how can we help? The cover with work with tower folded.

Prop is 15 x 12 2313
P
plug n play ballast - high flow (had 900s in earth ski locker)
Nothing in the bow? Is that normal? I asked for them to throw in the bow bag? 650 as part of the negotiations

For some reason it has the 2015 tower on it even though it's a 2016 boat? Does anyone know if the quick clip disconnects can be installed instead of the knobs? Can see those ending up in the bottom of the lake by the dock?

I'll try and post pictures from my phone (it's yellow and black)

2015 and 2016 have the same tower

I have a 2016 A20. My boat came with the 2249 prop 15x14.25 and my boat wouldn't plane out with about 2600 lbs ballast and wedge down, I tried the 2313 and it still wouldn't plane out to wakeboard speed, if your gonna run the wedge you can only run those rear bags around 50% I'm assuming.

My ballast set up is:
Stock 800lbs
Custom 500s in rear compartments
T-Series triangle bow bag under front cushions
Sumo 650 bow triangle on top of bow cushions

The boat planes out fine with both props with this setup but when the wedge drops it ain't happenin [emoji107]

I have a 2016 A22... 350 motor with the 2313 prop. No way it's going to plane out without a ton of bow weight if you run full rear ballast with pnp over 400#. I have 750 fly highs in the rear with a fly high bow bag that fills to probably 500. Plus the 900 stock weight. Even with only 2 ppl in the boat it takes about 30 seconds to plane and that's with the wedge up. Wedge down its never gonna happen.

Couple work arounds.... Easiest is to buy a bow bag to sit on the seats in addition to the PNP under the seats. I plan on getting one this summer. Or only fill your rear bags about half full. One last tip if you have an expierienced driver tell them to hit the rear drains as soon as the rider falls. Once you pick them up flip the switches to fill. You'll plane out easier with the weight you dump and then once you're up to speed the bags will fill to capacity again so you don't sacrifice any size.

since I will probably purchase a spare prop, does anyone have any good recommendations? I was hoping to purchase an upgraded one as a spare and use it when I have a bunch of people in the boat? ( I could care less about driving faster than 30mph

are those the best options for surfing with a large crew? ( that will be about 80% of what I'll use the boat for?)

I run 4,000 to 5,000 lbs of ballast on my T23 almost always surfing and have no problems with the OJ945.
