I have a contact at axis directly and he is very good, he helped me with some boatmate issues. Pm me if you want his info. I don't care where you bought the boat the local dealership should handle your warranty claims for you.

As far as the bill of sale did you pay cash or finance? If cash I would contact your state's attorney general as well as the better business bureau. How far is the original selling dealership from you? I wonder if they won't supply a bill of sale because they are not suppose to sell out of state or maybe they didn't do the sales tax potion correctly? I would also call axis as they don't want their name getting bad reviews because of a shady dealership.

Ok , weather is warming up...anybody know where I could purchase the four (4) mounting brackets online? The sticker on the bimini says '15 AXIS SURF BIMINI TOP BLACK SERIES 70 MP # 7731114 S

Apparently me and my friend purchasing two A-22's weren't enough motivation for the dealer to mail me the parts, although he said he found them. Also missing the two poles the hold up the storage cover, have no clue what part number they are.

There has to be more to this story... I'm sorry who spends 60 grand plus and here 2 months later still has not taken 5 minutes to call the people who make it? Not trying to be a dick but I cant imagine the dealership is ignoring someone on something so basic nor that Malibu would not take care of you if the dealership is truly that bad.

I agree as far as Malibu/Axis not taking care of something so simple and a few bucks IF they were contacted. When I took delivery of my ordered A24 it had several cosmetic issues. My buyer survey I filled out was pretty brutal on my part. I was contacted by Malibu/Axis director of quality and customer service. That gentleman listened to my gripes (I was very polite in my tone and words chosen) and boy did he step up to make it right and give me "extras" for my troubles. I agree, a tactful call would probably solve this.
