Hello,

I bought my new a-22 , and I dont see where the bimini attaches to the tower, I see the bimini has the typical ball type end, but where does it go? maybe I am missing some type of brackets?
I'd asked the dealer but have been ignored..... a picture or explanation would help here....

Should be up near your speakers. The support ends up horizontal once installed.

should be brackets about mid tower for the bimini leg balls to pop into, sorry to hear boatworks is ignoring you, they do my warranty work as their local but I did not buy my boat from them. try emailing dusty@kyboatworks.com he is the mechanic there and always been nice and helpful when i swing by there or call and ask for patty or dusty

I have left a couple of text, and an email. I bought the boat from a dealer going out of business, and I live far from there, so I expect not to get too much dealer support as they no longer sell AXIS.

My local dealer is not too happy with my out of state purchase and said his clients come first before my needs, so maybe buying local would have been a better option when it comes to warranty, hopefully I won't need much support.

It doesn't look like the dealer installed the bimini brackets on your tower.

Dusty says he is not selling Axis Boats any longer, so me and a friend bought one each, he will be open doing maintenance etc.

We do not have those attachment brackets , or some other parts as well, tried texting, calling, and emailing. NO RESPONSE.

'My latest dilemma is I need a bill of sale to get the boat registered, I am sure he will respond someday, I hope I don't need any warranty work or I may be disappointed.

Well, I still don't have the bill of sale for my boat, meaning it sits in the garage and can't be titled. No way to attach the Bimini to tower, no adjustable poles to hold up cover, and a cracked swim platform.

I haven't even put it in the water yet, really afraid to find out it needs warranty work....

Wish I never bought it.....if I had it titled I would likely sell it. no dealer support....no good... I saw my local dealer last night socially and he's going to be zero help....lesson learned

I have been though a bad dealer experience before and it's not fun. I ended up get rid of my last boat because of this.
