So pumped to become an axis owner today!! Bought 2015 T22 out of Bismarck, ND... We're in Denver and tommys (axis dealership here) is out of 2015 boats... Can't muster up the money for a brand new bot although this one is brand new (0 hours)

Had a 2006 Centurion Avalanche and loved the boat but it was time to move on to some more modern conveniences plus we had about 1000 hours on it... Got 26k for it

Spent 59k out the door...

Here's the options

Did you trade-in the Centurion or private sale? You did well getting it for $59K. Unless it was 59 plus the avalanche, then not good at all. If you plan to surf, and you should, get additional bags for the the bow and stern - 3 total. It is recommended that you take it easy for the first few hours. Check the right side of your dash to make sure you don't have the corner cracking issue. Mark your trailer rotors with a Sharpie to verify that the brakes are working or jack up the trailer (one side at a time) and put pressure on the actuator to see how much resistance you have at each wheel. Don't trailer with the bimini open. I imagine that you're waiting for spring to take the boat out or you itching so bad that you can't wait? Looks like you have the same system for the bimini frame & tower like I do. If you can please look at my post regarding tower measurements and tell me what your numbers are. I'm having some issues with mine.

Private sale to a different dealership in Wyoming. Midway marine... And yes 59k out the door minus the 26k I got for the avy... So yeah I thought it was a pretty hangin deal for a 0 hour boat... Where exactly is this corner crack issue? As soon as we get the boat down here I'll do tower measurements for you! Thanks for the help

congrats man, that is a smoking deal you got. That boat will blow your avalanche away (maybe not in the surf wave, but definitely the wakeboard wake) and I have been told that the T22 with surf gate is malibu's best surf wave as of 2015, not sure about the new 2016 stuff though. Welcome to the club!!

Thanks John... I'll get it dialed in for the surf wave... Every boat is a little different and I'm excited to test out what weight and bags will make for the best biggest wave

As a former Centurion owner, you will definitely love the T22. I owned an 06' Centurion Elite V. The wake sucked and the surf wake was short. Don't get me wrong, I like Centurion, as far as a dual purpose boat, I love my Axis A22 a lot more. The wakeboard wake is great and the surf wake is good. The T22 has the better hull than my A22 so you are golden.

Thanks dezul... Yea the avy surf wave was pretty decent but you just flat couldn't wakeboard behind it... I'm definitely looking forward to a good consistent surf wave and a great wakeboard wake... And a sick boat too
