I filled my T23 up last night and it held 60 gallons and holds 67. The gauge was on empty when we loaded up.

The gas gauge always reads higher when I'm on plane than when I'm flat. So maybe the secret is that when you get low you'd best stay on plane until you get back to the dock.

If you weight the boat heavily in the front while fueling it will hold more fuel.
Also as tank starts to get full you need to slow the pump down since there is no separate tank vent hose.
