I had a new sub put in and came up with a really cool way to some what hide it. I put in a alpine 12s to match the factory one , which is in a ported box , then we added a 1000 watt alpine amp to push the two. They sound great and hit extremely hard. Then I had the Axis plate made to be the speaker cover.

What did you use to cut the hole? Not to say it would, but do you think it would weaken anything by cutting there? It looks awesome for sure. Great way to sneak in another sub. How did you fab up the bracket to hold the new box?

That part is not structural. We have have just made sure to use rounded corners and have not had any problems. The box is held I place from the bottom and top of the box very solid mount. Man those two subs hit hard and the seats still go up and down with no problems.
