I heard today that Malibu/Axis is building their own trailers for 2016 anyone else know anything info on this. My boat comes in this week and thought it would be on a Boatmate. Maybe Not

Yes, I heard they are manufacturing their own trailers. They look really cool. Go to Malibu Crew forum and see the 2016 string. Someone posted pics there.

Think boatmate trailer with a Malibu or Axis logo. The fenders now have reinforcements which is nice. Not sure what else is different.

Nope, I confirmed today with Boatmate that they are no longer building trailers for Malibu..

Saw a '16 today at dealer. The trailer is different from Boatmate. It had 14" wheels. It had SeaDeck on fenders.

I know it's no longer a boatmate trailer. I was simply saying they copied boatmates design

They allowed you to a factory delivery? No way, that's cool! I asked my dealer about this before ordering and he said they don't do that. Jealous.
