Where is a good site to find a strip of Vinyl padding to put next to the throttle for a nice armrest? Maybe even a piece on the next level up between the windshield and tower?

I believe what you are looking for is Gatorstep or Seadek. Many guys on here have gone with Gatorstep over Seadek, due to better customer service. Hydroturf would be another option, but that stuffs a little different.
