two summers and our rear seat is already splitting at the seams. I am pretty sure our next boat will have a walk thru transom.

Vinyl quality just isn't what it used to be it seems. Our 1996 Malibu my dad purchased new still has very good condition vinyl and in all my 20 years on it I never 'knicked it' or 'sliced a teeny hole in it with a nail', yet in just one summer I've put or found a handful of tiny nicks in my new axis vinyl. Sucks. That and my front seat back broke off last weekend on the water, was only held onto the front fiberglass with a few plastic clips, cheap for sure. I'll have it warrantied, but doesn't give me much faith in it holding up 10 years down the road. Thankfully that's really the biggest complaint I've got in 50hours and a few months of use. Could be worse.
