This past week, I was out and my digital speed and surfgate indicator just digitized / pixeled, to the point the display was unreadable. I shut the boat off and re-started it, it cleared up the display. It happened to me once again, with the same solution, shutdown and restart. Has anyone experienced this??? Could it be a ground wire or is the unit going bad?? If it's the unit, is it easy to remove from the dash in lieu of trailering it to the dealer 2 hrs away. Thanks in advance.

It removes by removing the two nuts on the back of the display. Then you pull it out the front.
