Went to drain my bow bag this afternoon and it make some noise but doesn't pump out the side. If I unhook the vent line off the bag it comes out there. Do I just need the cartridge or is it possible to just change the impeller? Thanks

Unhook the pump and allow the water to flow into the bilge/hull. Remove the pump and you can probably free the impeller inside the pump. The easiest way to access this area is by removing the floor.

I unhooked the bag and drained it though the floor. Just wondering if I need to order parts

Not necessarily. Pull the drain pump up through the access hatch - it can be done - and check and see how it is operating and the condition of the parts. Then you'll know more.

How hard was it getting the pump out and how long did it take you? Any tips on doing it?

I just pulled the 6 screws from the floor and the pump is right there easy to access. It was all silicone from the factory. 15 min at the most

Bagdragger, take those 4 screws out and then look at the impeller. Do NOT clean out the silicone. That is there on purpose to seal the electrical connections inside the pump. You're not looking at the pump, your on top of it.
