To make them straight and on nice I (with the help of a friend):
- Cleaned with windex, just a little on a towel (you don't want wax remaining)
- The numbers come on a sheet together. Tape the sheet with a piece of painters tape where you want them.
- Cut vertical strips between each number all the way to the top of the number. Don't cut so far up that the piece will fall from the tape.
- Pull the paper from the back of the number and apply each number.
- Pull the tape. The pieces will be perfectly straight and spaced.

Added my numbers from domed numbers. I went with the Axis style that AJWest has on his boat. They look great.
