Have a 2014 T22, want to modify the factory SP3 package.

The cockpit at lower volumes lacks the mids. I'll probably add another pair of XS650s (think thats factory).

The boad in general lacks the thump I desire, thinking a 15" Sub for deeper more thumping bass.

Any thoughts or suggestions on amps?

The REV410s scream (wish it was one REV410 and a single 10" flanking the REV410 on each side). Factory package is a Syn4 and a Syn6 I believe.

Can I add another pair of XS650s on the same amp?

Thanks for any input.

Do you have an EQ? The factory sub is decent but it's just free air. Get a good reflex enclosure built and it'll sound much better. Of course you could do a w6, w7, or XXX 12" sub. A couple owners have had a 15" installed. Have you had your system properly tuned by a reputable shop? The Syn6 and Syn4 are plenty unless you do w7, XXX, or power hungry sub. If you want to be the badass in a cove of 100 boats you can do the SD series amps, a couple subs, swap out the 6.5" for others. You say the Rev410 "screams". Well, they will inside the boat and around the platform or surfing. Maybe you should've gotten the Icon series for warmer sound for closer listening?

get a proper box built for the sub, a WS 420 EQ and get the whole system tuned by a reputable shop, then re-visit your gripes.

Building a box is pretty easy if you have any experience with work working. I built mine to exiles exact spec and I bet I have 4-5 hours total into it?

What are the advantages of adding the WS 420?
Independent control over sub, in boat and tower?
Basic base, treble control?

Just curious so I know if I should add one.
Thanks for any info.

Me. Hit me up. I am free..or maybe a pull for my wife and I....depending on what you need done. If it is the 420 install, it should be pretty easy. You can copy my install if you want.

I have a 15 a22 with the sp3. When I picked the boat up I thought it sounded dang good. Then I put the wetsounds EQ and paid to get it tuned. Like everyone else has said. Do it and you will be thanking them later. Words don't explain the difference. Mine was $500 out the door. I didn't know those speakers were capable of such things. Hope you have ear plugs.
