How did you re-route your ballast lines...just curious. I haven't had any issues with my A24 ballast system at all.

I don't see why the PnP plumbing from the factory would be an issue. It depends on how your dealer does the install.

No issues with my '13 ballast system. Only thing is the center tank seems to drain into the front sack when it's full and causes the front sack to keep filling some. Now I just drain the center tank a couple seconds after I fill it to avoid the passive filling to the front. My rear lines have ball valves where I can choose to fill just the hard tanks, or fill the rear sacks first where they drain into the hard tanks.

AJ - I basically did away with all the loop vents, made my hard tanks fill first with hard tank over flow filling the bag. On the rear I also added a Y valve (garden hose w/ball valves) so that if I wanted to surf I can fill both hard tank and sac at the same time. on the rear I also T'ed in to the drain line so that I didn't have to wait for the sac to drain into hard tank to drain. the drain pulls from both hard tank and sac at the same time. on the front I removed the arrow bag and purchased a smaller bug for under the seat. I have the hard tank filling first with over flow filling the sac. I have the extra fill and drain pumps (factory mounted still visible threw circle port) to fill the arrow bag that I now can lay on top of the front seat. the lines stay curled up under floor, and the arrow bag folded and shoved under front bow seat

I'm having both issues- bags draining while underway and filling while underway. amsugg or anyone else, is there a tutorial on the site or elsewhere showing how to rig everything up in the best way?

STILL waiting, almost a year later to be fixed by Axis. They're attempting it next week, whatever the fix is.
