Just curious at what point you all started using the hard tank ballasts, and at what point to you use your sacs?

I tested the hard tanks upon delivery just sitting in the water. I put 10 hours on it then installed all my sacks. Tested the sacks to make sure they filled and drained correctly. I filled them full and got up to riding speed to check out the wake and prepare for adjustments. Then I put 10 more hours on it, once it hit 20, I did my service and then started riding. I did not do any hard tank only riding.

Just like johnnyD I filled them to test them but did not do any riding or cruising with any ballast for first 10 hours. After ten I filled her up and put 5 hours mostly wakeboarding and some surfing. Just dropped it off at the dealer for 1st service.

The boat had about an hour and a half on it when I got it. The first thing I did was load it up pretty heavy and drive it for an hour to camp. I tried to keep the RPMs down and vary them as I went with the occasional quick run up to WOT like the manual says. I was surfing with full hard/soft tanks by 10 hours for sure.
