Okay I noticed some water in the bottom of the boat this morning and got to nosing around. My raw water pump is leaking (2013 A22 330 base motor) looks like the rear seal is popped out some from the housing. Anybody every changed one of these out if so how difficult is it and what would be a good source for ordering one. Marina said a minimum of two weeks also if I can avoid the $109 per hour labor I'll do it myself (probably 2 hours of labor according to the service manager) . I had an 87 pro star 190 prior to the axis so I have worked on boats but never changed the raw water pump out.

never changed one on my axis, but did on my old tige with a mercruiser. I recently changed the circulating water pump on my axis with the same motor as you. Once the serpentine belt comes off (very easily), then you will have no problem getting the raw water pump off. I would definitely do it yourself. Post pictures for the rest of us when you do it. And yes, I think 2 hours is a good estimate for your first time.

Pump came in today. 30-45 minute job removing the old pump and installing new one. I'll post up some pics of the pump and suggestions on install tomorrow.

I've had water in my hull every time I go out. I am convinced there's a leak somewhere but I can't find it. I assumed it was one of the tanks or bags. I also have a weird thing going on with my full bow ballast bag, it has a pulsing in one of the tubes when everything is off. I even turned battery off and it kept pulsing. Seems like water is siphoning out of the bag b/c it empties itself after about 30 minutes. Any thoughts?

If you find that water leak, post up where it was at. Still trying to find mine haha. It's sneaky

I used to have a leak that took me forever to find. It ended up being a few things. The big one was a bad cooling hose straight out go the raw water pickup.

Then I found a crack in the center tank fittings. I just used some plastic cement and fixed that.

The hardest one to find was my front bag drain hose was leaking right at the hose barb to the drain pump. It would only leak when the bag was completely filled, apply pressure. I pulled the hose off, siliconed it, and used a heavy duty hose clamp and that fixed it.

Now my bilge is bone dry.

I had a leak from the swim platform through bolts. Took me all summer to find it...

Ditto, my T22 in the shop today, made a note to the dealer to have it fixed. I do know the hose at the front the bilge pump is loose (not that it affects the water coming into the boat, its already in there and just getting pumped out). Been leaking a couple inches into the boat since day one and will fill in a short period of time.
