Mo Ballast, Mo Problems. Seriously though.... Need help!

So here's what I have..... A 2011 A22. I just bought the front bow sack and two 1100 rear sacs. So I got them hooked up and they all fill right.

Here's where my problems start...... When I went to drain the front..... nothing! I realized I blew the breaker. Pushed it back in and hit drain again.... The light in the toggle switch went on for a second or two then went out and the circuit popped again. Both rears did drain but not even close to empty. I would guess each sack still had twenty five gallons of water left in the and wouldn't drain anymore.

Also, regarding the front sac, I did cut the drain hose shorter, like I am supposed to.

I have read some other posts and see that its possible you drain pump could be bad, thoughts?

On the rears, I have no idea what to do.

Please help!

My '14 drains till there is about a gallon or two. Do you know if the bags have vents or not?

It sounds like you get to have the fun job of checking/replacing a front pump. Good luck. It may be worth it to spend a couple of hundred to have the dealer replace it unless you are tech savy. Even then it may still be worth it.

Draining while underway will usually help pump out most of the remaining water in the rear.

I am pretty mechanical. But from what I read the front pump is a b..... To get to. Are you guys thinking that is my issue. So the rear bags have three extra ports that are not in use. Two on the end/bottom area and one on the top. Do I need to vent it the bags somehow? There was a ton more than two gallons let in each bag. I tried draining while driving. While turning circles. Quick stops. I tried quite a bit

Did you try draining while on the incline of the boat ramp? I usually drain almost everything but then once I'm on the boat ramp I'll hit the switches one more time and get about 10 more seconds of water flowing out of them. The steep incline really seems to help

I didnt try that but the port my hose it hooked to is in the front of bag. So I didn't figure it would do much.... I guess I can next time. Just curious if I need to Y in those back ports too. To help my cause

We drain on an incline as well. We typically drain riding back and then hit the switches again once I pull the boat out on the trailer.

I'm having the exact same problem with my front pump right now. Keeps kicking front breaker. I'm going to see if I can pull pump and see if it is seized up. I may end up taking it to the dealer. Let me know what you figure out on yours please!

Okay. I plan to mess with mine this week as I get time. Should I be running some kind of vent hose on the rear sacs?

My rear bags 2013 have drains hooked up to the front and rear of the bags. Is one drain on the rear bags specific to earlier models?
