I placed my order at the end of January and its now the end of May and I still don't have shipping information. While I understand starting a business can be difficult and there can be delays I think my biggest complaint would be the lack of emails and updates.
When I placed the order Mollie was more responsive and answered all of my questions. After that it was like the company disappeared, no response to emails for weeks. Since the initial order email I have gotten a total of 2 responses in 4 months.
I am still looking forward to the product but it is now cutting into our short boating season here with a continued lack of update on shipping.
