Just picked up a used 2012 axis a22 vandall with 100 hours.. Has everything I would expect and that's shows standard with that model.

But there is no plug and play?

Anyone seen this? Why would it not have it?

I guess I going to have to get the wake makers kits. Even tho I wish I could just fill the factory tanks first and then toggle to the bags of I wanted.

Thanks

I have a 2012 A22 with pnp. It's odd that someone ordered a vandal edition without pnp.

But I'm in the process of redoing the factory pnp because the draining of the rear bags has always been painfully slow. The rear bags and tanks share fill pump and drain pump. If you add pnp I would make sure to add dedicated drain pump for bag and possibly a dedicated pump for filling.

Most dealers will order the boats with Pnp tubing. It just might not have the extra bags installed.

check to see if they have some black hose under the front cushion. That will let you know if the Pnp from the factory was installed.

We sell a number of PnP kits at http://www.boardstop.com and most of the boats are already pre-configured for PnP from the factory.

I do not believe our dealer has ever ordered an Axis without PnP. It is so much more cost effective when the factory puts it in while they are building the boat.

Ya I had my dealer look no PnP is in the boat. Not normal for a 2012 vandall. But idk. I know a couple places make kits for you to add hoses and such to the lockers. Just used to seeing hoses back there already even tho I hear the factory PnP is not super efficient. Might be better to just get a better kit and tap into the factory tanks.

I do have hoses under the flip up seats in the walk thru if that's what your referring to.... Just don't see the capped off hoses in the rear lockers.

hmm.. I would snap some pictures and post them up. See if we can see if you have it or not. Normally hoses in the front mean that the Pnp is setup.

and a Vandall without PnP? who does that?? Someone could have dropped the ball during ordering.

I didn't think you could get a vandall without it, I thought it came loaded, the only option that was available to change was the engine, you may check and see if someone ordered the graphics and made a clone, maybe someone at Malibu can check the HIN.

Agree with Walter, PnP is part of that Vandall package, so either dealer would have to go in and delete from the order or the first owner pulled some of it out. Seems like if you have the hoses up front, it was probably there originally.

If you don't have pnp in the rear, you can tap into it easily. I recommend:

1. Get a separate drain pump. Splice the wiring in and Splice the drain hose into the factory drain hose with a wye.

2. Wye off the fill pump to the top of the bag.

3. Vent from top of the bag and wye into the hard tank vent.

Thanks for the replys. I will take some photos when it gets back from the dealer. I also going to have them look at it as well and see if I just missing something or the rear hoses are just removed.

If this was a custom order boat by the first owner you can get order parts of the Vandall package, it doesn't have to be complete. When I ordered my A24 I thought about just the Vandall steering wheel and they said no problem. A couple people on here have Vandall graphics but not the package so not having PnP is not common but it's not unheard of
