2015 A22 recommended ballast

Aside from the size alone, the Sumo has 1" fittings, the Fly High has 3/4" fittings, meaning a bottleneck affecting fill and drain times.

I did the comparison on measuring the fittings. The sumo 1" fitting are only slightly larger than the Fly High fittings. The difference isn't even noticeable.

SL fixed the issue with the fittings popping out right? I may give them a try on my next Axis. I've always used Fly High but open to try something else assuming the issues have been resolved with the Sumo bags.

Those bags with issues are gone and were in the smaller bags. They were not an issue in the 900's from the start. I'd order them from Ed at Boardstop because he knew of the issue and will make sure you get the good bags IF by chance there is an older version still in Straightline's inventory. The new fitting has the "Sumo" logo on the caps, the bad fittings did not.

i ended up going with the 750s in the back and 950 for the bow.

i actually did speak with ed at boardstop and he recommended the 750s. mentioned the sumos' fitting issues and said 750s are all i need and will go well with the 1235 i have. i'll let y'all know how it turns out. figured i usually have a big group anyway and i can always add another bag on the floor if needed

Regarding Sumo Bags:

Make sure you also get the newer style quick disconnect fittings. They have also been modified to alleviate the fittings popping.

I buy from wakemakers because they assured me that this issue was resolved and that they would stand by the product 100%. Sorry to admin on this site.

What about the Ronix eight.3 I see they make 1100's for the rear? And also I ordered my boat with the 350 engine and the torque prop.
Like I said once I just want the most I can get if its needed leaning towards the sumo 900's in the rear and I'm still not sure on the bow sack since the 15 A22 has a walk thru bow now?

All the big bags (900 & 1100) are close to the same. You can't go wrong with any of them. Honestly, once they are full you will have to worry about bow weight at that point or you will swamp the gate.
