Just wanted to share a recent Fresh Air Exhaust installation on a 2014 T22. Thanks for the pictures Taylor!

I have been thinking about FAE. If I ever pull the trigger I'm going to buy stock in a worm gear hose clamp company first.

I like the quiet rumble of a V8 and it is quiet after going thru the catalytic converter. With the cat, these engines are low emission and the CO is virtually gone. At 10ish MPH the exhaust dilution is dramatic at wake surf distance.

Maybe I am odd, but I see this as a solution looking for a problem.

Wayne - everyone is obviously welcome to their own opinion but Fresh Air Exhaust is a necessary addition for so many boats. Obviously some boat models are louder than others, but even with catalytic converters, while the CO emissions are lowered, there is still exhaust with carcinogenic components hitting the rider and those in the boat. Certain boat models undoubtedly do a better job at routing exhaust. If you are interested in learning more, we have studies posted at www.freshairexhaust.com.

Larry, don't worry. I am very happy with your product and I am on my second FAE. I will probably have one on all my future boats as well.

I have a 14 a24 and just ordered the FAE. I have had several folks on my boat comment of the strong exhaust odor at the rear of the boat. I can't see how adding a FAE attachment would be a solution looking for a problem. Its job is pretty basic and simple. I'm looking forward to receiving it.

You won't notice any exhaust coming out back there once you get it on. Plus it makes the boat nice and quiet.

Don't notice it now ... but the quiet is nice.

When Axis will support it in the boats I'll consider it ... as of now, they won't unless its already installed. Possible warranty void per Axis. And they offer it in the 2015s as an option ... now doesnt that suck.

It doesn't void the entire warranty, just those parts modified. It was a justifyable warranty void for me.

Having one it's hard to consider NOT having one on the next boat.
